A functioning air-conditioning, climate control, and a storage space in the room and the exceptionally comfortable bed. Pleasant views across to the Wirral and Welsh hills and a stylish design. Public parking off site provided.

Hotel was quiet and relaxing, loved our stay.
Our room with decorations sent for 30th birthday was spotless and ideal with exceptionally comfortable beds. The staff was excellent and the location was peaceful - altogether a really great experience. The hotel was located about 15 minutes walk from centre.

Comfortable room, convenient location, with a great big bed and hot drink facilities to start your day right, while the hotel is just a short walk from Moorfields Station providing easy access to the city.

The location is spot on, we could walk down to the waterfront n see the cavern club too. Breakfast was pretty good, lots of options to choose from and it tasted really nice. Our room was comfy with a big bed and it was super dark at night, which helped us sleep great. The reception area looked nice too, gave a cute vibe. We liked the fact there was a big bathtub in our bathroom, very relaxing.
But there was no parking at the hotel which was a pain, n the check-in process was slow since there was only one person at the front desk. The view from our top floor room was kinda boring.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, couldnt do enough for you. Also gave us vouchers for free drinks at dinner.
The housekeeping came too early on Sun morning, 10am, and woke us.

I stayed in a Standard Room. The bed was huge and super comfy,. The bathroom was clean, with both a shower and a bath, perfect for a relaxing soak. Plus, there was complimentary water and coffee, a nice touch. A cozy vibe in the room!
